These Terms govern only the public FlightSweeper WebMCP Challenge Edition. It is a free technical sandbox: it cannot charge a card, create an airline order, reserve travel, or issue a real ticket.
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and FinSync LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Raintree Technology (“FinSync,” “we,” “us”). FinSync operates FlightSweeper and publishes this challenge edition. The challenge interface tells you that selecting “Create a flight mission,” using the manual controls, or asking an agent to invoke the tools means you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the interactive sandbox.
2. Sandbox scope
The challenge site demonstrates bounded agent-operated flight purchasing using synthetic missions, fixture offers, application policy, and synthetic receipts. Every offer, airline, price, confirmation, supplier reference, ticket number, and booking outcome shown by this site is illustrative.
No travel transaction occurs. The challenge site does not access live inventory, accept passenger or payment information, charge money, reserve travel, communicate with an airline, or create an airline order. Do not treat a sandbox receipt as a reservation or ticket.
These Terms do not govern private or production FlightSweeper services. Separate terms must be presented before any real booking service is offered.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the challenge site. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
4. Acceptable use
You may inspect, run, test, and demonstrate the challenge site for lawful evaluation, education, and open-source development. You must not:
- enter personal, passenger, account, confidential, credential, or payment-card information;
- represent synthetic offers or receipts as real travel inventory, reservations, tickets, or proof of payment;
- use the site to deceive, defraud, impersonate, infringe rights, or violate law;
- attempt to access production FlightSweeper systems, private data, credentials, or unrelated systems;
- interfere with the site, bypass its policy controls, or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts access; or
- remove or misstate the sandbox, attribution, legal, license, or seller-of-travel disclosures.
5. Browser agents and automated output
The site exposes WebMCP tools that a compatible browser agent may invoke. Agent messages, comparisons, decisions, and other automated output may be incomplete, incorrect, or affected by the browser or model operating the agent. The challenge includes adversarial supplier text for security testing.
Application-side policy is designed to constrain the synthetic transaction, but it is demonstration code—not a guarantee that any agent, browser, integration, or production system is secure or error-free. Independently review automated actions and receipts. Do not rely on this site for travel, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
6. Your inputs and local state
You retain any rights you have in information you enter. Mission inputs and synthetic transaction state are processed and stored locally in your browser as described in the Privacy Policy. You give us only the limited permission needed to operate the site in your browser. Do not provide information you do not have the right to use.
If you choose to use a browser agent, the agent or its operator may receive mission fields, offer fixtures, tool results, and prompts needed for that interaction. Its handling of that information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
7. Third-party services
The site is hosted by Vercel and may be used through third-party browsers or AI clients, including ChatGPT or Chromium. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, models, logs, memory, extensions, or security behavior. Links to GitHub and other third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for those sites.
8. Intellectual property and open source
The challenge source code is available under the repository’s MIT License. Third-party components, including Geist fonts, remain subject to their stated licenses. “FlightSweeper,” “FinSync,” “Raintree Technology,” associated marks, and brand artwork are owned by FinSync or its licensors. The open-source license does not grant trademark rights or permission to imply endorsement.
Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you as its source without permission.
9. Availability and changes
The challenge site is experimental and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not promise support, uptime, compatibility, preservation of browser-local state, or continued availability of any WebMCP feature. You may stop using the site at any time and erase challenge data through the on-page control or browser settings.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, SOURCE CODE, SYNTHETIC DATA, AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH A PARTICULAR BROWSER OR AGENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINSYNC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM THE CHALLENGE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CHALLENGE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. General terms
Governing law
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in California, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version, changing the date above, and placing a conspicuous notice on the challenge homepage for a material change. Material changes apply prospectively. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Entire agreement
These Terms are the complete agreement concerning your use of this challenge site and supersede prior discussions about that subject. The Privacy Policy is a notice describing how information is handled, not a request for consent or an additional contract. Applicable open-source licenses separately govern the source code and third-party assets.
